Increasing maximum lake surface temperature under climate change

چکیده
Abstract Annual maximum lake surface temperature influences ecosystem structure and function and, in particular, the rates of metabolic activities, species survival biogeography. Here, we evaluated 50 years observational data, from 1966 to 2015, for ten European lakes quantify changes annual duration above a potentially critical 20 °C. Our results show that has increased at an average rate +0.58 °C decade ?1 (95% confidence interval 0.18), which is similar observed increase air +0.42 0.28) over same period. Increments among range +0.1 west +1.9 east. Climate change Effects of Surface soil temperature profile in Ahwaz
In arid and semi-arid regions, soil surface warming is a considerable phenomenon causing a high thermal gradient which makes water flow intensely. The degree of soil temperature is effective on crop production, plant growth and soil microorganisms. In recent years, the ascending trend of temperature has been substantially noticed by researchers in the issues of pointwise climate change and at w...

The ensemble mean for the time projections of the Sea Surface Temperature (SST) under climate change and the corresponding climatology were computed: t...
متن کاملUncertainty Investigation of Precipitation and Temperature Scenarios for the Sira Basin under Climate Change Impact
Results of assessment of the future climate change impacts is associated with some uncertainties. Considering the range of uncertainties increases reliability of the results. In this study, climate change impacts on daily precipitation, maximum and minimum temperature of Sira basin are assessed using LARS-WG model, for 2036-65 period. Accordingly, uncertainty of new emissions scenarios (RCP2.6،...
متن کاملProjections of temperature-related excess mortality under climate change scenarios
Background Climate change can directly affect human health by varying exposure to non-optimal outdoor temperature. However, evidence on this direct impact at a global scale is limited, mainly due to issues in modelling and projecting complex and highly heterogeneous epidemiological relationships across different populations and climates. Methods We collected observed daily time series of mean...
